My name is Paul Delaney. I am from Dublin, Ireland and I have over 20 years experience in professional recruitment, higher education admissions and English language training on an international level.

 

I have combined my areas of experience and expertise to offer niche international career and professional services aimed primarily at professionals who are non-native English speakers. I have a track record of successfully interviewing and placing senior candidates in positions with leading companies, interviewing and assessing applicants for higher education admissions and also providing English language training including English for professionals. My experience includes 15 years as Director of Operations for an accredited international English language school which I founded and over 5 years running a leading niche recruitment consultancy.

I offer a full 360 degree consultative approach, starting with a complimentary online consultation and including CV preparation, email and letter writing, interview preparation, conversation practice, business English vocabulary.
