Quantity Surveyors of all levels required for various positions throughout Ireland.

Our client, an established contractor who operates across diverse sectors, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

• Manage the commercial and contractual relationships with clients and subcontractors.

• Measure, price, negotiate, and agree on budgets and costs for variations to project scope.

• Produce and maintain up-to-date procurement schedules. Issue invitations to tender, analyse subcontractor quotations, and provide recommendations for orders.

• Compile subcontract orders. Measure and value completed works. Assess subcontractor payment entitlements and process payments.

• Reconcile cost and value to date/forecast to inform the management team of project performance.

• Work closely with contract management.
